Brad Price

Brad Price creates oil paintings of uncommon beauty out of his intense love for the natural world.  His brush strokes are bold and directional in nature.  His style is impressionistic/fauve and emphasizes contrasts of light and shade as well as the use of bold, complementary color. 

 Currently the landscape is his primary focus.  He has a particular love for the Southwestern United States.  The light he captures in New Mexico has a luminescent quality all its own, and Price seeks to capture its effect on canvas.

 Price has been a graphic designer, illustrator and painter for more than 30 years.  He currently resides in Norman, Oklahoma.
